Before submission to HMRC all our accounts and tax returns are reviewed not once, but twice! We also compare your accounts and returns to previous accounts and returns, industry average and make sure you fully understand the content by holding a pre-submission meeting with you. A two-stage review dramatically reduces the chances of mistakes on your accounts and tax returns.
Two software tax reconciliations
We use two different software to calculate your income tax, business tax, corporation tax, VAT, Capital Gains tax, etc. If the results from the software are different, our Chartered accountants would manually reconcile your tax. Using two different software and manual reconciliation for each tax calculation gives us the peace of mind that your tax is calculated properly. It also gives you the confidence that you will not face a bigger tax bill than what we told you. This way we would not need to amend your tax returns, or trigger unnecessary HMRC corrections and investigations.
Latest technologies
We use the latest accounting software; custome built Client App portal and cloud solutions. This way our accountants and the clients have 24/7 access to the accounting records.
